Meet Our Team: Lin Tan – Office Manager

Meet VroomVroomVroom’s Office Manager, Lin Tan. She has been working with the team for three years now, and says her favourite thing about VroomVroomVroom is the culture and transparency.

From the Philippines, Lin Tan has also worked in Hong Kong and New Zealand, and been employed as a Building Property Manager with involvement in post constructions and maintenance of machinery. What is your favourite road trip destination?

So far I have just done local road trips – going to the beach – Pagudpod in Laoag, Caramoan Island (where one of the Survivor Series was held) in Camarines Sur, Mahabang Buhangin, and Calaguas in Camarines Norte. I would like to do road trips in Australia too.

Best driving music?

Alternative, Chill and sometimes club music to stay energized the whole trip.

Ideal car to drive?

I would love to drive a campervan. I like to drive big cars like SUV’s.

Best car rental tip?

Take a photo of the car you are going to rent, regardless if it seems to be perfect at first glance. Don’t forget to take a quick shot also of the engine. Make sure everything is working/running well. Check the car’s manual is in the glove box.
