Travel Magic 2012

Friday 16th November saw the first ever Travel Magic event take place, hosted in Brisbane. Travel Magic will be an annual event which brings together people in the tourism and travel industry to discuss ideas, trends and network with each other. The inaugural event had a great turnout, with attendees from a wide variety of travel companies, destinations, organisations and independent travel writers in attendance.

Dan Petrovic from Dejan SEO gave a great presentation about Search Engine Optimisation for travel websites, and Richard Eastes from VroomVroomVroom gave some insight into the future of the travel industry. Hopefully this event will mark the start of people from all over the industry coming together and working as one to come up with ideas that will be mutually beneficial and help promote the tourism industry as a whole!
