Located on the edge of the stunning Swan River in Barrack Square, the award-winning Bell Tower is arguably one of the largest musical instruments in the world and home to 18th century bells from London's famous church, St Martin-in-the-Fields.  They are the only set of royal bells known to have left England.  These ancient bells were rung to signal the end of the Battle of Trafalgar, again at Lord Nelson's funeral, and to welcome back Captain Cook after charting Australia. There is a lot to do at the Bell Tower and it is worth taking your time to discover the secrets within.   From the oldest bell in Australia 450+ years, to amazing bell and time-piece exhibitions, the chance to experience bell-ringing and watch the ancient art of change ringing, you will be captivated by the history hidden in the Tower.   On the Observation Deck you can take in spectacular 360 degree views including the Darling Ranges, across the Swan River, up to Kings Park and into the City of Perth.  Whilst there you can also record a FREE video postcard so you can share the moment with family and friends.  A visit to the Bell Tower Perth, home of the Swan Bells is truly a unique experience.
