The Mother of All Shows: LA Auto Show 2013
|Currently the best-attended and most influential global auto show, the LA Auto Show 2013 kicks off at the Los Angeles Convention Center today (November 22) and will run until December 1. ANSA Production, the brain behind this huge auto show, gathers all the important personas in the auto industry to converge them in unveiling the future of mobility right at the car culture capital of the world.
The Show’s trade days or Press Days normally draws more than 12,000 decision makers and influencers, plus 4,000 media coming from over 50 countries. The LA Auto Show delivers global industry networking, worldwide media exposure, and experiential marketing in this nation’s largest car buying fair.
Recently, ANSA Productions launched the Connected Car Expo (CCE). It’s a 3-day trade show held in conjunction with the Press Days and aims to unite the entire eco-system for technology and the automobile. Following the Press Days, the Show will officially open its doors to everyone and nearly 900,000 guests are expected to witness the exciting 10-day event.
What should be anticipated?
Connected Car Expo (CCE)
Held yesterday, the CCE served as an open forum that provided attendees with access to main influencers and top media to pave the way for the connected car’s future. Automotive and technology companies were given ideas on designing the future and shaping current innovations of the connected car space.
MPG Motoring Invitational
As the “Mother of All Shows”, the LA Auto Show hosted over 60 historic, unique, and significant vehicles that are part of the inaugural ‘MPG Motoring Invitational presented by Forza Motorsport 5 and Xbox One” at the Gilbert Lindsay Plaza on the Los Angeles Convention Center. It is an exclusive morning event that replaced the traditional opening keynote so it can celebrate all aspects of Southern California’s car culture more. The MPG Motoring Invitational also brought together some of the most interesting cars from influential icons, luminaries, tastemakers, celebrities, and collectors for Press Day participants to adore. Everyone was not left with a hungry stomach as some of LA’s hottest gourmet food trucks are also present on the sire to provide popular and tasty breakfast bites during the inauguration.
CASA/Charity Preview Night
Before getting the doors open to the public, the LA Auto Show holds their annual charity preview night today from 7:00-10:00pm. What makes it exciting is that this year CASA/LA is their charity partner and beneficiary. Join the LA Auto Show as they celebrate latest concepts and debuts from all over the world in this exclusive set that features “finely crafted autos, bites, and libations” – and yes, expect those to take place through the show’s duration.

Debut Vehicles and Auto Shows
Up and coming vehicles from around the world will be unveiled and admired on this 10-day spectacle. Vehicles like Cadillac CTS, Mercedes-Benz S550 AMG, Nissan Rogue Production, and Porsche 918 Spyder among others will be highlighted in the Auto Show.
