How puzzling???

Last week Dave decided it might be a good idea to put our brains to the test and buy a puzzle! He threatened 5000 pieces but thankfully came back with only 1000… The Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House are slowly taking shape. Everyone has managed to get confused, elated, frustrated and perplexed all at once. We are down to the final stages, only the hard stuff is left… you got it the sky and the water!!!!! Help!!!
