Strike! It’s Ten Pin Bowling!!!

Well… we were headed for lawn bowls, however the heavens opened up and the rain began to poor so we had to adjust our bowling tactics to suit the lanes rather than the lawns! Off to Strike Bowling at Chermside we went….

Clearly the girls were there for the fun of it, this was well reflected in the scores and bowling styles adopted by the ladies. It was a different story for the lads however… they were bowling for the title, which was hotly contested to the very end. A consistent bowling technique saw Zhen bust through as the Vroom Vroom Vroom Champion.

The tough competition increased everyone’s appetite (yes even the girls) and a tasty lunch was called for. Off we go to Bada Bing for a late lunch and a celebratory drink.

What a great finish to a BIG week at Vroom!!!
